Does anyone know what kinda super charger and blow off valve are on the 2003 Cobra? I have a pro-charger D1sc and I'd like to make mine sound similar Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thx!
As far as I know it is an Eaton that's 1.8L and it has no BOV. Your talking about 2 different types of supercharger. The Eaton is considered a root(I think) and bolts directly to the lower intake. I wouldn't think you could even add a BOV. The D1 is a centrifugal that uses piping to deliver the air from the charger to the intake so you could have a BOV installed on the charge piping. But the Eaton and Procharger are completely different even in how they build boost. Now if you can make them sound similar, I'm sure someone has tried and succeeded but I don't think you will be disappointed in the way that D1 sounds
Yeah, they both sound good, thanks for the details, I'll have to research BOVs to get the most out of the D1 during shifts as it could be louder or meaner!
