2003 Mach 1

I'm having a number of electrical issues. First thing I noticed was that my gauge and temperate control lights went out. I did find a bad 5A fuse so I replaced it. They still don't work. Next I noticed that my windshield wipers and washer fluid pump won't work. And lastly, I noticed that my door locks don't work. The buttons don't activate the locks and the key fob doesn't work for anything. The power windows work though. Anybody have any idea why all this would happen at once? There must be a control module or something for all this.

The wipers and washer pump use fuse F2.26. Have you checked it? Best to use a test light. The wipers use ground G102 G400.

The power doors locks use fuse F1.12, F2.19 as well as ground G204.

Howto perform charging system voltage drop test
https://www.stangnet.com/mustang-fo...perform-charging-system-voltage-drop-test.56/

Using a test light on battery positive it's easy to use the "probe" to test the ground's ability to carry a current. And/or use the "voltage drop" method to confirm a ground's ability to carry a current.

If this were my car I would start with the G204 ground behind the center console. This ground is shared by multiple devices including the GEM, Cluster, and radio (among others). This ground is frequently messed up during a radio install.
