Hey guys well i had a question so i just bought a 2005 mustang v6 nd i have a true dual exhaust in it and i was wondering is there any possible way to take off my cats ?

It's not worth it. Very little to gain other than making the car louder.

How would i take off my cats ? An o/r x pipe ?

Depends on what your current exhaust is. Did a shop custom fab up a dual exhaust by welding it all together?? Is it cobbled together using standard v8 Mustang components? A shop could simply cut the cat off and weld in a piece of pipe.

Be forewarned though. A lot of exhaust shops will not remove cats. Too much legal liability for them.

The shop made it into a true dual both cats each have a pipe going down to the muffler i was looking online but all they have is o/r y pipe for a v6 do u think running long tube headers would make it easier
