Modular Ford Powerhouse was able to dyno a stock 2005 mustang.

They got 279rwhp 300TQ at a conservative factory A/F ratio of 10.8-11.2. You can check out the thread here.

I would think that car they dynoed had few miles on it. By the 15K mark, it could be more like 285/305. Not too shabby.

I second the rim design program! You have a completely redesigned car, and you put the same old bullitt style wheel on it that has been around since 01'!

I think its a matter of where it makes its power in the rpm range. Also did you see what tim posted further down?

"This 3 valve just put down more stock then any Mach1 I've dyno'd stock."

nice numbers, but it would be nice if that guy can post the actual graph.
the thread is useless without it
also, the numbers are SAE or STD???, not that i want to ruin the parade, but if you guys want to compare this car to the mach 1 on power numbers, at least lets do it apples to apples. my STD numbers are bigger than my SAE ones. also, no need to remember the differences in powerbands, peak numbers doesn't mean squat

Personally I like the bullit rims and think they look pretty good on the 05s

I think I am one of the few that love the 05s. My only compaints are the visible mufflers and changing to mineral gray instead of dark shadow gray.

Here it is,
the 05 gt guys can use this graph to compare,

Bone Stock 03 Mach 1 and Bone Stock 01 Cobra, let's see a full size one from the 05 GT, could someone here tell the guy on the other forum to show the graph???, we can then compare and talk about it

Good numbers...too bad they don't translate to $hit when you put them to the pavement. For those power levels, I think they should be able to do better than 14.04.

Did I mention the '05 is sooooo ugly....especially with those Taurus looking wheels?
