2006 4.0L Didn't Mark the Flywheel...

2006 4.0L Automatic trans; Not sure whether it matters but can't help but feeling like it does...pulled the motor had it rebuilt and am in the process of re-installation and realized I did not mark the Flywheel or Crank. The flywheel has 4 distinct holes that I think are drilled out for balancing, maybe wrong though, picture attached. Do I have anything to worry about and/or what should I do. Just put 2k into the motor and don't want to hurt it, please give advise, thanks in advanced!
