2007 f-250 tranny help

hello i have a 07 f-250 the tranny seems to be working ok but it doesnt shift nearly as hard as it use to and seems like it slips occasionally any one ever had this problems

Mileage? Useage? Gas/Diesel engine? Could be in need of a rebuid. Details man, details!!!

my bad, 30,000 miles ,5.4L drove daily not used for towing that much, I rode in it today and it felt okay to me but, the owner wants it to shift harder he said it use to shift alot better and now you cant even feel the shifting WOT

Double check it with Ford, but I'm certain there was a TSB for some of the '07-'08 5.4L powered F150/F250's a while back to improve shifting. He might want to check into that. Baring that, the stock shift is a little bit lazy in these trucks to keep them smooth and unobtrusive on the up shift. If your customer doesn't mind spending a little bit of money, he could always pick up and Edge/Gryphon tuner or one of the popular hand held units (SCT XCal 3, Diablosport Predator) on the market to firm things up.

Contact Troyer Performance or 5 Start Tuning for the ins and outs on these trucks. These guys know every conceivable detail to do with the late model F150's and will be able to drastically improve how the vehicle performs.

That is exactly what I was thanking I tried looking for TSB online but I will call Ford, I appreciate your help
