2010 Mustang 3rd Brake Light Lens Availability?

I'm trying to help out a friend overseas. He needs the center brake light lens (the red plastic part) for a 2010.
My local Ford dealer told me that the lens is not available individually and only the complete assembly is available for $140.xx+tax. (They have made similar claims before, and the $4.xx part of a $250+ assemlby turned out to be available after all.)
Does anyone know of a source for the lens itself?
If the lens is not available, who has the best price on the 3rd brake light assembly?

I tried car-parts dot com and nothing came up anywhere in the country. I guess I will have to make some calls.

Who has the best prices for mail-ordering factory Ford parts?

Anyone know name of a place or two that would have a good price on this part? (or Ford parts in general)
Also, anyone know the PN for the assembly?
