2010 V6. Replaced wiper motor, multi-function switch (stalk). Still have the issue. Everything works as it should when key is in accessory. On, off, delay, washers and speeds. Cycle key and the wipers cycle once then park. Then start the car and the wipers cycle but do not stop. The hi/low speed works but no delay or off. I checked all fuses and relays. You can get the wipers to stop by turning off the car then starting it again quickly and they stay off... some times it takes a few of those to get them to stop.. If you turn on the wiper though they will not stop again. Any help? Its my daughters car so i'm not all that familiar with it as its the first Ford I have owned.
