2010 Mustang Wont Crank

Hey guys, I’m about to buy a 2010 Mustang GT and the owner says it gets signal and when he turns the key, the accessories comes on, radio, lights etc. but when he tries to start the car it doesn’t even crank, it was recently in a front end collision but the front end is repaired now except it won’t start, I know it could be the fuel reset switch behind the hood latch by the foot rest but before I take a 2 hour drive down their, what do you guys recommend for me to check? I already made a list and wanted to know on what you guys think i don’t have to check and what Can I add to my list to check:

- [ ] There is a Sensor Behind The Airbag That Cuts Off The Fuel System, Reset It By Pressing a Switch Next To The Footrest On Driver Side

- [ ] Try Turning The Wheel While Starting
- [ ] Hold Brake While Starting
- [ ] Hold Gas While Starting
- [ ] Check Starter Connections
- [ ] Replace Fuses -
- [ ] - “19” 30A* Starter Relay
- [ ] - “23” 10A** Power Control Module
- [ ] - “36” Fuel Diode
- [ ] - “40” 15A** PCM Vehicle Power
- [ ] - “41” GSVA Fuel Pump Relay
- [ ] - “45” 5A** PCM Run/Start
- [ ] - “46” 5A** PCM Vehicle Power 3
- [ ] - “47” 15A** PCM Vehicle Power 1
- [ ] - “49” 15A** PCM Vehicle Power 2
- [ ] - “52” FULL ISO RELAY Starter Relay

All the fuses I don’t believe would cause the starting situation but wanted to know what fuses I DO INDEED need to check or replace and which ones I can take off of the list ^ thanks
