2011 v6 wipers won't turn off

Driving home the other day my windshield wipers came on and won't turn off. The intermittent function seems not to work too. Slow or fast but always on. I replaced the multi function switch today but they still won't shut off . Wiper motor park function? The multi function switch was 60.00. Don't really want to spend 100.00 on a wiper motor if it's not going to fix it. really don't want to have it take it to the dealer

I ordered a new wiper motor today. I’ll let you know if that fixes it

Wiper motor fixed it. The conclusion I've come to is that the park position was gone on the wiper motor . This was indicated that the wipers would not shut off and the intermittent function would not work as well . They would just run slow or fast but never pause. So I have a spare multi function switch if anyone needs one.
