Electrical Cluster bulb LED swap gauges bounce

Hello,

I have recently upgraded the general bulbs in the cluster with some LEDs and now when I put my turn signals on they flash a little faster and the left side of my cluster needles will bounce including the tachometer until the blinker is turned off. I've read adding a resistor may fix this and if so I was wondering how I would go about that? Alternatively and maybe unrelated but since doing so my wipers don't park in the right spot and my intermittent and low switches no longer work this could be something at the wiper motor or the governor went out. Any advice would be appreciated.

I know from reading the forums for my 4Runner, swapping to LED bulbs can cause a whole host of electrical problems. But people do it and make it work so you must just be forgetting something. I do think you need a resistor or anti-flash module. LEDs take so much less power than halogen bulbs I think it messes with the circuit.
