My wipers won't turn off I heard it might be a bad motor I wanted to know if I could just pull out the relay as a temporary solution but I can't even seem to find any relay on a diagram my question is it safe to disconnect the wipers and where would the relay be and how do I disconnect the wipers for now or do I just kill the relay (1995 V6 coupe)

off top of my head i would think multi-function switch...

Just pull the plug on the wiper motor, mine has two IIRC. Stop them as close to the bottom of the cycle as you can.
Sometimes they just need to be sprayed with contact cleaner at the contacts, then go for the MFS.
I don't know how the aftermarket is with wipers motors and multifunction switches
