Have a 2012 GT with everything ordered and being delivered Mid May.

I'm look for any additional discounts that are available and usable at the time of delivery. So far I have the following:

  • $750 Private Cash discount from Ford.
  • Have a $500 Promotional Retail Bonus but it expires 5/2 . . so it's of no value to me.
I'm not military or a police assoc IUPA member so those discounts are not available to me.

If anyone is aware of any other discounts that are good thru the third week of May, would appreciate you passing it on.

If the $500 bonus is expiring early May then I wouldn't worrry about it too much. It will likely be replaced by an equal or greater incentive that they just haven't announced yet.

Join the Mustang Club of America and you can get X plan pricing. And the X plan pricing is good on any new Ford. The discount varies. I bought a 2010 Mustang last year with it. If memory serves me correctly, the X plan got me about $1500 off the sticker. Rebates, coupons, etc. got me another $2000 off.
After you are a member of the club, you get a code (password if you will) that you enter at the fordpartners.com website.
You then select the vehicle you want, the discount is shown and with a click you get the PIN number needed for your dealer.
You are supposed to tell the dealer before making a deal that you are using X plan. Since you have apparently already placed an order and made a deal, you might have a problem.

Yup, that's the way to go. X-Plan - Brochure coupon - Any publicly offered incentives at time of delivery. The only way you are going to beat that buying new is if you are buying last years model.

I bought my 2011 GT a few weeks ago when Ford was offering the 0% for up to 60months.
I just couldn't pass that up. Car was actually a demo that the owner of the dealership had been
driving since they got it in & Only had 1500 miles when I picked it up & also got a smoking deal.
Got rid of a 2010 Crapmaro SS for the 5.0 & in my opinion there's NO comparison between the two.
The 5.0 is just an all around better car. Like I said before, "in my opinion"... LOL!!!
