2018 Gen 3 in a 1967 Mustang., Tuning

Hello, my first Ford. I put a 2018 in a 1967 Mustang Fastback. I purchased the Ford Performance Control Pack thinking it would be plug and play. I removed the Acturators on the intake runners and it will not run without a tune. Do they make any kind of scanner that will delete codes and tune the program, or will I to buy something like the MPV{3? I have called several local tuners, and they said that they only do Chevys.

Nice work , how stable is the chassis i do not see any supports.
