Yes, but not on the stock tune. Even after you disable the top speed limiter that ford ford puts on the car, you don't have enough power to get there without a turbo kit or supercharger. Once you get upwards of 150 mph you need a lot of power to overcome the aerodynamic drag. My guess, about 750 hp to the wheels should get you a 200+ top end.
