My daughter's 19 EcoBoost has 2 codes that keep returning and will not clear. P0035 and P018C. Live data on my scan tool shows 0 low side fuel pressure and 0.02 Low side fuel pressure voltage. As for the wastegate issue, it shows Turbocharger bypass 1 is an open circuit and wastegate status shows short to ground. Before I tear apart the whole harness looking for an open or a short, does anybody have a shorter diagnostic route I can take?

It probably needs a fuel pressure sensor. It may be in the strategy to open the wastegate so the car won't see boost under low fuel pressure condition. If you had 0 low side fuel pressure the car would not start so the sensor or wiring must be bad. There is a known problem with the FP sensor.
