How much would these two mods benefit my car, and is it worth buying them from a guy i know for 140 bucks, they are used but he says they are in good condition. He also said the mass air meter is already calibrated for the 24lb injectors. Is it worth it or no, he will also do the install for me.

24lb injectors will only help you if you are making 275+ rwhp. Otherwise this would be a waste of money and may make your car perform worse.

After reviewing your mods it seems that cams and a set of long tube headers might get you to the point where you need the 24's and new MAF.

For that price buy them now and use them later.

Recalibrated MAF's are a waste of money. 99.9% of the time you will end up with tunning problems. Don't waste your money. Your money would be better spent on a Steeda t/a or something else.

It depends on what kind of MAF it is... well if it's Pro M then pick it up.

Lets make it clear. 99+ cars have to recalibrate the maf through the computer. You buy a pro-m or c&l maf for a 99+ car and it will be for a 19lb injector car or a 21lb injector car.

Recalibrated MAFs are junk no matter what brand. The only time they are useful is if you have the flow chart with it (flow vs volt), and have a custom tune to work with it. You will just be wasting your money if not.
