I have all the mods listed in my sig and people are estimating me at anywhere from 230-250rwhp.

In no particular order...

Intake Manifold
Headers (shorties are fine)
Prochamber
Catback Exhaust (a good one - no BLOWmasters!)
Pulleys
CAI
Pro-M 80mm
Throttle body (might not be necessary).
Good gas and an adjustable regulator.

With a 3.73 and slicks, you can get there (12's) driving the piss out of the car @ ~3400 pounds.

With my car I made 272/316 with a set of stock heads (GT-40 valves) stock cam, stock bottem end, Cobra intake, 65mm TB, 75mm MAF, CAI, pulleys, LTs, prochamber, and a catback...

This also allowed me to run 12.5s on slicks and 12.9 on street tires... I would say in a slightly heavier SN-95 it could go high 12s on tires!

It weighs about 3150-3200 on each pass, and the suspension is also untouched (sway bars gone)! The mods you just listed are exactly what I have, minus the cobra intake!

Not trying to wander OT, but I'm curious. What do you think my car (weighing 2800-2900 lbs) could run with the mods in my sig? With 3.55s and street tires. I would imagine it's going to be fast as soon as I get her running.
