I am looking for a 255 LPH fuel pump for an '01 GT; does Walbro (or any other manufacturer) make one that is a direct drop-in replacement (i.e. no modifications required)?

I believe the SVT focus fuel pump is rated around 255LPH. You have a returnLESS system...stay away from the walbro as its designed for a return style.

Go to www.ebay.com. I picked up a SVT pump for $100 on there lol...it can support well over 400RWHP. Direct replacement BTW...make sure you get the whole system so you can just pull the old one out, and slide the new one in

For 250 lph (400 HP), you can pick one up at your local ford dealership for around $120

Focus Fuel Pump: 3S4Z-9H307-BC

Instructions: http://www.dndgarage.net/focuspumpinstall.htm

For 280 lph (500 HP), you can also run an Aviator fuel pump. It flows a little more but costs $275. This is if you don't drain the bucket dry. Might need to add holes to the stock bucket.
I think it's part number: 3C5Z9H307CA

hmm im actually starting to get concerned if my SVT pump is going to keep up. I think this setup with my cams is going to want to go well over 460RWHP. Guess ill see what happens lol.

switch the pump. if the Focus pump manages to keep up with 460rwhp, it's going to be right at it's limit. switch to a Ford GT pump. they aren't much more expensive than the Focus pump.
