265/35-18's on a 7.5" wide rim?

i posted this over in talk by accident, and no-ones replied, so im hoping you guys can help me out.

im selling some tires in the classifieds and on ebay, and someone asked me a question about them.

"Hello, are these the low profile 35 series? Also will they mount on an 18"X7.5" rim?"

i know these are a perfect size for an 18x9" rim, but i've never heard of them being mounted and a 7.5". what do you guys think? i dont this guy to bid and win if they wont fit his rims. thanks
