Is it possible to fit this rear tire on my 91? I heard of people removing there quad shocks for this. What do I lose if these were gone. I never understood these shocks, any info would be cool. Thanks

a 275/45 will be a big sidewall. i would go for a 275/40 or 275/35.

anyway, i have removed quad shocks, and kyb struts/shocks and i run that tire in the rear.

Don't you mean 275/40R17? What size wheel do you have on the back? I have these on a set of 17x9 Cobra R's, I had to flip the quads to get them to fit.

Might have to do a little fender rolling, but should fit fine

Quad shocks are used to reduce wheel hop.
