Will nitto 275/50/15 tires fit on my car? Theres a good deal on some draglites in my area and I was thinking about picking em up. I will not roll my fenders however, and I will not take a BFH to any of my parts. And I want to keep my tailpipes. I could get them w/o the nittos if I wanted but I figured it would save me trouble by getting the whole set. I also will not run a spacer of any kind. I have seen what kind of trouble they are and I'm not putting a torque wrench in the car just to be able to drive it on those tires. Just curious if they will fit. I have a 10" tread width tire on there now, and the nittos are 11.18 inches of treadwidth. What do you guys think? I'm also running on factory springs and the only springs I'll probably consider for the back is a set of drag launch springs, but not for a long time. Thanks.

5.5" is the backspacing. I seem to recall the number, it must be pretty common for a fox?

I'm running 275/50/15 BFG Drag's on 15x8.5 Centerlines. No fender rolling,or pounding. No tailpipe rubbing. Stock height 88 LX Hatch. I took of the guads and installed Lakewood upper and lower control arm's. I put in airbag's with 15 pound's of air to keep it at stock height. Rim's are 5.0 backspacing.

I agree. After I took off my first quad and put the tire on I realized I didn't have to take them off, http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b325/Rooster88/7-2-06004.jpg
