289 heads

ok I just blew a freeze plug on the back of the driver side head so this is a great time for a budet upgrade. I have two options gt 40 or 289 heads any info would be great. I know what car to get the gt 40 heads from but I dont have any info on where to get the 289 heads.

289 heads are basically identical to the stock E7s...get a set of GT40s, I did!

the only reason I would take a set of 289s is to do a high compression budget motor.

They can be ported like anything else but the rockers and that gap on the passenger side where the waterneck is at are deterrents
