I was at S.I.R in Saskatoon last friday and weighed my stang. It's a 83'GT hatchback and it weighed in at 2920 lbs without driver and around a 1/8th of fuel. Is there scale accurate? Anybody else weigh there car there? What kind of weights did you get?

You could always double check it at the truck weigh scales on the highway out by IPSCO.If you go there late at night there is no one around and you can drive on to the scale and check it.I weighed mine last year and it was around 3000 lbs.

I did weigh my car at the scale on #11 but it was on a trailer, it weighed 4233lbs with the trailer. But that only leaves 1313lbs for the trailer? The trailer I'm sure weighs more than that. What ever, next time I'll back the car off and weigh it by itself. I'm sure there new digital scale is way more accurate than S.I.R's !

I weighed my old 88 GT out there and it came up at around 3450 with driver and stereo etc,so that seemed right to me.

I don't think I have ever seen this scale.... I may have to venture out there to see how portly my stang is.
