Wow! Twice as many cars out tonight, compared to Friday!

My third run got me a personal best 60' and 1/8 mile time. However, it didn't translate into a best 1/4 mile time.

R/T .163
60' 2.048 (my best 60')
1/8 8.579 (my first 8.5!)
MPH 81.55
1/4 13.420
MPH 101.51

And, my best run of the evening:
R/T .228
60' 2.107
1/8 8.631
MPH 82.97
1/4 13.411
MPH 102.49

My first and last runs were both 13.5's... I stayed in the 13.4's on the middle 3 runs. Out of 5 the runs, I had 1 loss to a Z28 running 12.2. No shame in that!

And, another great night, meeting some interesting folks. Some gorgeous Mustangs out there too! Fun times!

I wasnt sure who it was. It didnt ring a bell that there was a boosted 6 locally here until I saw you run a 13.6.

I didn't get a chance to see you run last night; you would run as I was pulling up to the front of the staging lanes. I'm glad to hear that you're running so well.

I ran pretty consistently in the 12's: 12.9, 12.8, 12.7 (x2) and a new best of 12.6 @ 111. I was pretty surprised with my mph 109-113. It was funny, a few people asked if I finally put a pulley on it.

The thing that sucks about the 12.7's and the 12.8 was that my 60' times were .2-.3 seconds slower (2.1-2.2) than the 12.6 run (1.9)... which means the car has a 12.4 or a 12.5 in it if I could get consistent traction.

Every time I get out to PIR I really get the itch to race my car. I still have a lot of reservations about it in fear that I will break something. Since my car is my DD I can't really afford to break anything on it. I am kinda curious to see what my stock V6 would run. I am too chicken though. I will try to overcome my fear of breaking my car and see if I can get some runs in.
