You will prob be better off getting a PCM for a E150 instead. The F150s got PATS in 98 or 99 I think. Most of the store bought pcms need to be programmed so a salvage yard will be the best place to get one. I sent u a PM about the diagrams.
Do the older 3.8s use pats? such as the pre 1999 single port 3.8s? Could I use that pcm? I know the 1999+ split port swap is popular for the 1994-1998 3.8 mustang and they use the original PCN
