3.8 to 5.0

I have looked at other threads and im alittle confused on something things. In some threads i see where you can use the v6 trans and bell housing. When you go this way it says you have to have a f150 5.0 164 tooth flywheel. With that though, the f150 flywheel is heavier. So wouldnt that throw off the balance of the motor. If its ok what flywheel should i look for? and what clutch would i have to get?

If i cant use the v6 bellhousing, do i need to find a sn95 5.0 housing and spacer and use a stock 5.0 clutch?
