302 heads ?

Hello I have a 1988 5.0L . I bought the car a few years ago. I'm trying to find out which heads i have without removing heads if possible. I did notice on the drivers side right beside power sterring pump a 9 stamped on the head and looks like a L on the other side. Does anyone have an idea what i may have for heads.

Are they Iron or Aluminum?

If they are stock, they are E7's

THe guy i bought the car from said he had the motor refreshed from ford. i was woundering what these heads could be.

No my car is not stock. The only thing i need to change and would like to is the heads . I have lots of mods
