306 longrod w/ windsor jr. heads what sparkplugs??

i was wondering what kind of spark plugs i should run in my car and what gap. i got some NGK iradiums in it now and they are garbage. my car is a carbed 306 with windsor jr heads and 10.5 - 1 compression. i was told to try autolite 24's they any good? also what gap should i be at. any sugestions much thanks!

.054...what exactly is a long rod 306?..little confussed by that whole scenerio.

bump? 306 longrod basically longer rods makes the car be able to rev higher

? do you use a stouter piston? travel is pretty much constant as far as I know due to clearance issues....can you explain? Love to know.

the longrod 302's have been shown time and time again to be no different than a 4.0 bore, 3.0 stroke 302. The theory long ago was a tad more dwell time on compression with the long rod. As for as rpm that is limited by cam, head and valvetrain, nothing to do with the longrod. As for plugs, use an autolite 24 and go from there.
