No difference. It's purely academic IMO. Some 302 engines with the exact same parts will make more power than a .030" over 306. The differerence is just too small to matter in the real world.
A 306 will be newer than a 302 (realitivly speaking) so your bearing clearances will be tighter, your oil pressure should be better... But those things don't make any extra Horsepower.
