Since the 351w is taller than the 302, my guess is that they would bolt up, but a custom exhaust would have to be made because the H-pipe would be too short. I thought about using 302 equal lenghts on a 351, but with all the added expence, I'm just gonna run 351w shorty swap headers and a flowmaster 3" kit.
