ok here is the list, of course different oil pan, pickup and dipstick, FRPP-
part # M-6675-A58 / different Harmonic Balancer a 28 inch/ ounce unbalance / flywheel FRPP M-6375-A302 / If you use the factory serpintine system you will need FRPP steel dampner PN M-6316-C351 and the spacer to align the pulleys M-8510-B351 / Make sure you have the right cam, early 351 blocks are not designed to use hydraulic roller cam. Of coure you need a 351 intake manifold, trick flow edelbrock Ford lightning / If you want A/C or power steering then you will need new brackets FRPP M-8511-B351 (both brackets) then headers specific for your year, I used fords for my 95 PN M-9430 R58. and I used 36 lb injectors, Oh yeah and the distibutor if your running efi You can usually find one at the junk yard from a EFI truck w 351.
And thats it. I changed my radiator at the same time, but yours will work.
