Yes they will both bolt up fine to a T5. The cleveland motor can be a 4v or a 2v, V meaning venturi, just look at the front corner of the heads, there will be either a # 2 or a #4 on it. I dont think you can tell if its an open or closed chamber head without pulling the heads off though.
