351 under stock 94 hood

Hey everyone just looking to see if anyone has a 95 with a carbed 351 and a stock hood. I know all about the Cobra R's But I want to look bone stock. I have a Wieland stealth intake and a 750 Demon carb H.P.M 3/4 lower motor mounts and a QA1 K-member.
I also was wondering about how to use the stock tach with MSD ingnition and coil? I plan to use a msd distribtor too. Thanks for the help.

I'm pretty sure with the drop mounts it will fit. I have a carbed 351 in my 86 GT and it fit with the stock hood. Not sure about the stock tach and MSD though.

My upper intake rubbed on the inner hood liner with the stock motor. I would say maybe not.

with those mounts and the k-member, i would think its gonna be close.

I dunno of anyone fitting a efi 351 under a stock hood good luck with a carb 351....

Sounds like a tight fit to me. Best bet would probably be to figure out the smallest cowl that would work. Have fun with that 351!

well I can tell you this much with the 351W I'm putting in my car this spring I had to go buy a new hood there was no way it was going under the stock hood with a VICTOR EFI intake with a 3/8 spacer.. and definately not with a trickflow box intake w/ 1inch heat spacer.. I'm getting a 2.25 inch cowl hood that'll clear it all w/ 1 inch HPM solid drop motor mounts.. (with room to clear)..

as for carb, I don't know how that measures up.. good luck !!

Run dry sump plumbing and custom drop mounts and you'll have tons of room.
