I have a 65 vert that had a 200. I bought a 351w with a c-6 and now I need to find the following

-Motor mounts (motor and frame.)
-Headers that will fit the 65 with a 351w, or exhaust manifold if I have no options.
-Trans crossmember, can I have one fabbed from a c-4 crossmember or buy one...but where?

The suspension, brakes and so on will be done before the motor goes in so no need start flaming me.

The 351 will go in using all the parts needed to swap to a 289.
Mounts and all.
The C6 may not even fit the stock floorpan at all. Someone else will have to chime in for a solid answer, but I think the firewall/floorpan need the BFH mod for a C6 to fit.
Iron manifolds will likely not fit.
Several companies make swap headers.
Heddman has the best fit with only 1.5" primarys. Hooker has the largest primarys for the application with 1.75".
Unlike other cars, the 65-66 engine compartment is too tight to use 289 headers. They will bolt up to the 351 fine, and most cars will work, but not yours.
Good luck

Btw: If you use the C6, you have several small issues other than fitment.
1) C6 uses alot more hp just to function compared to C4.
2) The driveshaft will need shortened. Your current shaft would probably work with a C4, surely not with a C6.
3) 65 Stangs were never available with such a large tranny, so every step of the way will involve fabrication and bastardization of parts. Whereas a C4 was available in your car and parts are off the shelf... cheaper and less power loss.

You can get a C4 that will hold much more horsepower than you plan to make. Like ratio said, a c6 drains a lot more hp than a c4.

You can go with...
C4, Top Loader 4 speed, T5 5 speed, Tremec 5 speed, or a Richmond 6 speed (see gp001's web site), but I would not recommend a C6.

Also, you will have to watch your hood clearance if you use a Vic Jr type intake on a 65 / 351W.

What would be the easiest swap? C-4 or the T-5? 4-sp? I currently have a 3-sp manual trans. Also, what about the bellhousing? Will I need an adapter or will the 351w bolt up to a c-4? It's an 81 351w 4v H.O. out of an E150 van.

A C4 will bolt up fine.
A Toploader swap would be easy too. You have all the right parts for linkage. You will have to get a bellhousing, tranny, flywheel, shifter, etc... but the hard part is done with linkage, pedals, and the driveshaft will work with either the Toploader or C4. Crossmember should be fine too.
Good luck

are you saying that the c4 holds more power than the c6. i don't think you are but i was uncertain. the c6 is the best 3 spd. auto that ford has in terms of heavy duty. it takes up approxamately 60 more hp to turn and it is damn heavy, if it is a good working unit, sell it for at least 110. i have one too as well as 2 c4's.
