I want to have a street/strip fox. decent heads, cam, intake to run maybe high 11's then run a big shot of nitrous to hit 10's.

Heres my list let me know what you think.

-Trickflow Twisted Wedge heads 170cc.

-Trickflow max hydraulic roller cam Duration at 050 inch Lift: 224 int./232 exh. Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.542 int./0.563 exh. Lobe Separation (degrees): 112

-Edelbrock rpm air-gap intake

-Holley 800cfm carb.

or will the heads and cam be too small to hit high 11's

185's and a custom cam, IMO. Ask your cam builder about the carb and intake, it's OK to run a single-plane on the street.

ya i dunno if i would go with the edelbrock rpm air gap (1,500 to 6,500) or the victor jr (3000 to 8000) seems a bit high but would the victor jr fit the 185's and maybe a bigger cam alot better? so hard to find a bigger cam thats still 112 lobe...

and dont worry about the big carb. im in canada lol there is bad air up here. what i learned is the bigger the carb the faster you go. i ran half a second faster swaping my 650cfm for the 800 on a mildly stock 351...
