351w comp 280h or 292h?

im just wondering what all of you think would work better with my set up
.030 351.
stock crank and rods with arp rod bolts main studs and head studs
trw forged pistons pn L2446f350 comes out to about 9.8 compression
crane power max hyrdaulic cam 272 284 duration ( at .050 is 216 228. lift is .484 .512
comp cams pro magnum 1.6 roller rockers.
world windsor jr cast iron heads 58cc 1.94 1.60 valves ported and polished.
clevitte 77 race bearings
melling high volume oil pump
moroso 7q oil pan
fluidamper sfi certified balancer
sfi certified flywheel
motor has been all balanced and blue printed.
right now it has a eledbrock performer rpm intake on it with a 1 inch open spacer, down the road im going to switch to a victor jr probally,
holley 750 dp
bbk 1 3/4 long tube headers 2 1/2 off road h
4.30s spool and moser 31 spline axles are out back.
the comp 280h specs out at 280 duration ( 230 @ .050) .512 lift and the 292 specs out at 292 (244 duration @ .050) .518 lift im probably going to pick either one im thinking the 280h is a lil small on the duration side though but i could be wrong thanks and if ay of you have used these cams in a 351 before id like to know how the idle is

actually i plan on driving it alot once i get a regular carrier in the back the 4.30s wont be that much with a 5 speed and a 28 inch tire.
