I want to get a 351 block into my car next year before fall, however during this witner id like to start ordering some parts compatible with my 302

It would be nice to know what performance parts i can swap from 302 to 351 later

I know i will be getting a msd ignition and throttle body with calibrated maf, are these interchangeable between the blocks?

any other sugegstions or ideas would be helpful.

What are your plans for your car? The thing i can only really think of are some nice heads, but then your going to have to spend the money on the intake and you can use the same upper but you have to get a lower for a 351 since they are wider. and to make that combo work your going to need to upgrade your cam and so on and so on

id like the 351 to put out around 400hp, street car

i guess what im asking is what performance upgrades could i do now on the 302 but that will still work when i go 351

like an msd ignition? is that interchangeable?

larger throttle body?
maf ?

suggestions on other supporting parts that could be installed now work with 302 and also work on 351?

Ignition, and the MAF/Throttle body could be used on the 351. But a lot of other stuff that makes a
"good combo" on a 302 doesn't always make the best power on a 351.
