351W oil pan question

Ok I have a Milodon oil pan on my 302 now, but Im doing a 410W conversion. I know that a stock 302 oil pan wont work on a 351W but will an aftermarket oil pan work? I see that on the Canton site that the they say the oil pans are to fit 289, 302, and 351 for the same part number. So will my aftermarket oil pan fit?

the thing is you need to get a 351w pan that fits in a fox body style mustang. moroso mildon and canton all make these pans. make sure you get a pan with a dip stick. i had a heck of a time finding a dipstick that worked with my milidon pan that gave the correct reading. i think i have a 351w dip stick out of a van. i have a 7 quart pan. other then the dip stick hassle i went through i like the pan.

you can't use any 302 pan on a 351. the block is wider. i have one if you need, trade for a clutch quadrant and firewall clutch adjuster i will. or sell for 70 bucks.
