Morning,
I have all of the sudden developed a charging issue. I have a 67 with a 390. 140A single wire alternator, American Autowire harness, after market air and a stern with a single amp. I can charge the battery and leave the car for a week and come back and it will start fine. I go drive it and then it drags starting it the next time and a third time it won't turn over. I replaced the alternator and had the batter checked.

While driving the lights will dim and the air will shut off at idle so I assume it is not turning enough to charge it when stopped? The voltage at the battery with it running is 12.3 to 12.5, Not sure what happened, nothing changed.
Let me know if you have any questions and thank you,
Mark
