I'm not a fan of the luggage rack so I ordered a new smooth lid. I'm trying to figure out how to add back the 3rd brake light but still keep the smooth look. Has anyone done this before? I didn't find anything with the search function. 1993 LX convertible. Thanks

If you have a roll bar, you can mount a light visible through the convertible window. Something similar to this here

You can mount a custom one on the short piece of metal between the soft top and the trunk.

These two would defeat the smooth look, but won't have the luggage rack bars:

You can use the original trunk wing and brake light, but leave the luggage rack parts off.

You can also do something like this here.

All good ideas I think the roll bar might be my best bet since I have a couple of little kids I like the added safety. Thanks for the help!

Never know what you'll get when you Google "redneck third brake light.".
