3rd brake light

I was checking all the bulbs on my 03 GT today and I noticed that when I turn on the hazard lights the 3rd brake light stays lit up steady. Is this normal ??

I don't think its supposed to do that. I've never noticed it to do that on mine.

Thanks for your response IIGood. I went outside and checked it out some more. It only does it when the key is in the run position, if the key is off and I turn on the hazards, the 3rd light doesn't come on.
Kinda strange but I'm thinking its not anything to worry about, everything seems to be working like it should. Thanks again..

I just checked mine and my 3rd light doesn't come on when the flashers are on with the key in run position or not...
