So I have got somebody that will sell a set on ford racing gears new for $120, but I wont be installing the until spring time. So my question is, is this too good to pass up? Or can I wait and find another good deal??
Thanks

As stated, if they are new, buy them. That is a great deal.

Don't forget the somewhat cheap insurance of a new bearing kit (all bearings), and might as well spend the $45 for a trac-lok rebuild kit.

Ouch.

I nabbed the standard rebuild kit for $45.99 or so from Summit Racing. Has worked fine for me, and came with a bottle of Motorcraft friction modifier.
