Hey guys i am going to be getting gears soon and was wondering what all of your thoughts were on 4.10s vs. 4.30s in an auto. This car is a daily driver that will not see a ton of highway use. I appreciate any info you can give.

The 4.10s are an excellent choice, but 4.30s are definately tempting. That's it....get the 4.30s. Whichever you decide on, consider a transmission cooler.

It is tempting isn't it? You always see the 3.73 vs. 4.10 debate and there is always someone that pops up and posts - get 4.30s. I am definitely considering getting them. I've wasted more money before. I'm definitely going to pick up a cooler.
I like the 4:10's and at the most u might get an extra .1 in the 1/4 with 4:30's. I dont think the hiway rpms will be much different, but your overall top speed will be limited somewhat cause u will redline a bit faster. I improved my 1/4 time by .4 with 4:10's so they deff. help.reddrgn01gt said:
