Will 4.30's be to much gear? I have a 90 GT AOD. Stock except for exhaust.
I will be putting on P&P upper & lower(stock) soon, P&P E-7 heads, & 1.7 RR's. Or should I stick with 4.10's. I drive my car 7 miles to work(city streets) & I drive on the highway about once or twice every 2 months.
& yes I know about the search function.

PS. How much will my speedo be off with the 23 tooth gear?

I personally wouldn't go with 430's....Just stick with 410's...even though there isn't but probably a 200rpm difference is just that much less...and it won't just kill you to get on the highway...

I'm not for sure how far your speedo will be off....

when you say to much gear? to much gear for what? it all depends on what you're wanting to do with the car. I personally have 4:56's in my car and love them, but I also have a small fortune in suspension now. lol I'd say it won't be to much gear for your car.

I am wanting neck snapping toque. I may just get the 4.10's. This is just my work car. WE have the '04 GT for cruising.
