4.6 2v wiring

I am working on pulling the motor in my 99gt and i am wondering if there is an easier way of taking out the wiring harness then desconnecting it peace by peace from the motor. Is there some sort of main disconnect or acouple that would let most of the harness stay on the motor when i remove it. any ideas or experiences would be appreciated

Remove the firewall harness connector and the two big connectors next to it on the passenger side firewall, then disconnect the two grounds on the fusebox on the drivers side by the battery, and everything else will come with the motor.

Don't do it piece by piece!

Are you taking it out from the top or the bottom, and with or without the manifolds?

im taking it out from the top with out the manifolds
