4.6 fuel to lean/to rich? Advice!

I keep getting a trouble code telling me that my fuel is either running to lean or to rich. I have a aftermarket h-pipe with no cats. Could this be causing the problem? When the car is at a smooth constant speed you can feel a little miss. I appreciate any help.

Im not the best on tech stuff, but check ur plugs, see what they tell you then id go from there.

O2 sensors or vacuum leak.

5&8 foul out quickly. cheak driverside front and back plug.

can you get us the exact code numbers? We might be able to offer better advice then..

Hey guys, it was one of my O2 sensor. It had gone out. Thanks for the help.

i had same problem but im misfiring on 3rd cylinder and yeah its studders and stuff around 45 it starts. blows out white smoke like as if i did sea foam but i never have haha. head gaskets i think are my problem.
