Greetings All! I just wanted to stop by and introduce my self and my new-to-me stang.

She's a 1999 Atlantic Blue GT with the 5-speed. She's not in the best condition but I hope to nurse her back to health. I'm just starting to learn about all things "stang" so I'm sure I will find out more as I go along.

Here is what she has as far as I can tell:

CAI (I'm not sure of the manufacturer and the mounts and mounting grommets are missing BBK? MAC?)
Trick Flow Upper Plenum
Underdrive Pulley/s (Steeda?)
Steeda Timing adjuster
Borla SS exhaust
Off road mid pipe (No cats)
3.73 gears
Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch (Brand New)
DiabloSport Tune
Kenny Brown Sub-frame Connectors
Lowering springs (Steeda?)
Tokico Struts
Maximum Motorsports Camber/Caster Plates
Short-Throw Shifter (Steeda?)
Gage pod with A/F Meter and Oil Pressure Meter (Neither are working)
Aftermarket Hood (Cobra R Style?)
Shorty Antenna
Steeda 5-Stars
Grill Delete
Spoiler Delete
Sequential Tails
Steeda badge and rocker panel vinyl
Bullitt Pedals (NEW)

You can see my Fiance's '98 3.8 in the driveway.

3.8 again in front.

Alright, now the work that needs to be done:

Needed a new Accelerator Pedal (Already bought Bullitt Pedals)
Speedo is not working (Already replaced Speed Sensor--Still not working)
CAI Needs to be mounted correctly
Spare tire well in the trunk appears to have some rust (Possibly due to Spoiler delete)
Needs new spark plugs
Needs oil change (Synthetics of course)
Needs some front end suspension work (Terrible Clunking noise over bumps)
Needs new tires
The Rear Wheel on the Driver's side seems to be inset compared to the others
The mounting tabs on the Driver's side Side Skirt are broken and does not sit flush
Needs new tags
Cracked Driver's side Headlight
Gash on bumper
Needs a good Wash, Wax and Detail

My main focus right now is getting the speedo to work so she can pass inspection.
Once the tags are updated I can start actually driving her around and enjoy her. Then I can focus on engine maintanence and fixing the suspension.

the front end clunking is coming from the C/C plates. I'd call up MM and see if they can do anything for you to get you a new set. good looking stang post pics after you get it polished and waxed welcome to SN

Wax that ASAP, you can see there's no protection on it. Looks good, have fun with it

So it's just the plates? Are they difficult to istall? If that's it, I'm stoked cuz I really didn't want to start replacing a bunch of suspension components (read $$$)!

The color was one of the things that really stood out when I saw her!

Oh! I forgot to mention.......... Front seats are black Corbeau racing seats. Not in great condition either. Might be on the "upgrade" list for later on down the line.

I'm a little confused about this car, it has 35th ann. badges, honeycomb rear panel, and guage cluster, yet with steeda logos and wheels. Did this guy just put all that on there? ^^

Oya, put one set of exhaust tips on the car, not 2. I like it otherwise.
