4.6 stock timing???

Set timing at 14 degrees with Steeda aftermarket adjuster, what do I set it so I can go back to Regular Gas?? Is stock setting 10 degrees??

The stock setting is suppossed to be 10 degrees. I installed the Steeda pullies and T/A together and the difference was very noticeable. Easy 10rwhp and maybe 15rwtq. I run 13 degrees of timing and use 87 octane and I'm getting away with it. No knocking yet.
