4.6L cam timing marks

when aligning the timing chains, Will the "cam timing marks" line up again after any revolutions ??

Getting the timing chain marks to line up won't happen for a great deal of crankshaft rotations.

Of course the sprocket marks will line up every 2 rotations. However, to get them and the marked-links of the chains back in line again (i.e. to match the initial set-up) will require at least 116 crankshaft rotations (I believe....ymmv)
